Regarding the scope of the last years, all maintenance certifications due to reorganizations were successfully completed thanks to BIP, which ensured the continuity of operational and governance activities improved in the client's procedural model.
BIP CyberSec provides support to Client also in document maintenance due to frequent organizational changes, in spreading awareness of BC issues to company's business departements.
In addition, BIP CyberSec provides support in monitoring and analyzing relevant events, anomalies, disruptions, and system malfunctions that have a significant impact on processes within the BCMS perimeter, in order to update and improve the company's business continuity recovery strategies (BC Plan) with the aim of incorporating all adjustments/remediations emerged.
